About Me

Hey all, I'm Austen Marie and here's a little about me section so you can get to know who I am a bit better.
I'm a Los Angeles native who has a strong affinity towards calling New Zealand home. I currently reside in Austin Tx, (yes, people think it's hilarious that my name is also Austen) with my boyfriend Matt, our two cats, and our dog.

I'm 24, I work full time as a freelance illustrator, and happen to do quite a bit of commission work.

I enjoy doing a lot of things, singing, learning guitar, painting, photography, fitness, writing, thrifting, sewing, DIY, videogames, cooking, vlogging- so on and so forth, so this is a catch all for documenting my life and sharing my projects with you. 

I do a webcomic with my boyfriend called Last Nerds On Earth, a bromance-ish-post-apocalyptic-comedy, that also happens to have a lot of zombies. This has been a labor of love for a few years now, and I'm pretty happy with having just released it end of 2014.

I also stream on Twitch, and you can catch me most evenings (central time) playing whatever game I'm most interested in at the time.
